2010 will be a year of flexibility and fluidity. We must be able and willing to deliver any of the services we offer to our customer base without hesitation. We have just finished a major project for one of our national accounts whereby we fitted over 900 of their trailers with steel lift pads. This is not something that we do on a regular basis. This undertaking had many components to it and turned out well because of the constant communication between our field people and their facility managers. We rely heavily on the experience of our managers in the field to be able to satisfy our customer's needs. Hence the saying, "our people make us who we are".
We have continually looked at expanding our service and number of locations throughout the country. That will not change in 2010. While many corporations are in a downsize mode or status quo mode, we at TRAILCO GROUP are moving in the opposite direction. Our "drawing board" has many projects on it that will enhance our business, thus offering our customers additional locations for repairs and a larger array of services.
