
Now that 2009 is behind us, it is time to ramp up for the upcoming year. I'm sure there will be many challenges that most corporations will face in 2010. At TRAILCO GROUP, we are confident that our plan will allow us to deliver the services that customers have come to expect from us throughout the years. I have personally visited each and every one of our 10 locations and have had meetings with all my people regarding our preparedness for the challenges that await us. The cornerstone of TRAILCO GROUP is to provide prompt quality service. If we cannot provide that to our customers then all of the other services we offer are of no consequence. We have built our entire infrastructure on that premise. Now that we have a coast to coast service to offer customers, our service coverage will be able to accommodate more and more national accounts while still being able to service our customers who are either regional or local.
