Cas Gaspar
In 1979 at the age of 18, Cas started his first job and worked for two years as a welder on the chassis assembly line at Theurer. He then became a longshoreman in 1981 repairing containers and chassis. As an aspiring young man, Cas opened and ran his first business, A & C Welding, repairing containers and chassis. Around 1986 he became the Supervisor for the NJ Great Dane and moved on to be the Shop Supervisor at Precision Trailer Repair. In 1988 he resumed his longshoreman career working at Flexi-Van. In the same year he pursued a job with PA Truck Lines as a trailer mechanic; later becoming a Supervisor at the Kearney Ramp. In 1991, Cas opened and ran Casco Maintenance for three years doing building maintenance and janitorial work. At this point, his business boomed.  He opened Trailco Inc in 1994, a 2 bay trailer shop in Kearney, NJ with only 1 helper.  In 2000, he moved to an 8 bay shop in Elizabeth, NJ.  Cas then opened his second repair shop, Trailco Terminal Services in NC in 2001. Trailco of SC proceeded in 2003, followed by Trailco of FL & Trailco of LA in 2004. Which then led to the opening of Trailco Enterprises of Houston in 2006, Trailco of PA in 2007, Trailco of GA in 2008 and Trailco of CA in 2009. Cas found him-self becoming overwhelmed with work so he created a management firm in 2010, Trailco Group Inc, to help him handle the everyday operations & responsibilities of these 9 locations. On August 12, 2011 Trailco Group Inc moved into their brand new home built from the ground up.

Andrew Gaspar
Andrew started at Trailco Inc in NJ in 2004 after earning his Bachelor of Science at Fairleigh Dickinson University but started learning about his future career in the trailer repair business at a very young age observing his father, Cas, own and operate Trailco Group. In 2006, Andrew was promoted to manager of Trailco Inc. As his experience grew so did the business which led him to his next position within the company as COO. He is currently taking on new challenges working with the financial department as CFO. He is married and expecting his first baby in February 2012.

Ricardo Marchi

Ricardo de Marchi is the Senior Vice President of Trailco and has been with the company for over 16 years. His first position with the company was as Director of Transportation but since at that time Trailco had only 4 employees, that title really meant Tractor Driver. Anyway, time has passed and Ricardo grew with the company every step of the way to get where we are today and he says:

"Trailco is my family and I am very proud of all the hard work done to get here and also very proud of all Trailco employees, but we still have a lot of work ahead of us. So let’s do it".

Jack Bolyard

Jack comes to Trailco with 46+ years of experience; 33 of which were served at Rail Roads, 10 at Terminal Service Lift Companies and 3 in the military. 

He also holds a degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Tim Grose

In 2006, Tim stumbled upon Trailco as a company to pursue and encourage purchasing his company’s fasteners. He ultimately succeeded. This caught the owner’s eye which would later land him a position at Trailco. By no surprise, Tim found himself as the Director of Sales SE Division for Trailco in 2009. A year later, Tim was promoted to the VP of Sales.

He wishes to thank all Trailco customers for being part of the Trailco Family.

Danielle Spence

Danielle started with Trailco in 2010 as the Customer Service & Account Manager but has worked in the industry since 2003. A year later she was promoted to the Director of Customer Service & Account Management.  Among this responsibility she is responsible for Sales and Technological Implementation.  

She is IICL Certified and holds 2 Bachelor Degrees in Science (Computer Information Systems & Biology).

Olga Luis

Olga started with Trailco in 2001 before we expanded out of NC.  She originally worked out of Charlotte at the rail road and eventually moved to FL to work for Trailco Group running the A/P department among many other tasks.

Ashley Gaspar

Ashley is the daughter of Cas Gaspar and Trailco Group’s newest employee.

She currently assist our accounting department with accounts receivable & payroll.

Alice Barbosa

Alice started in 2010 when Trailco Group was formed. She has a Bachelor’s in Business Administration & Management with a minor in Accounting.

Debi Alameda

Debi came to us after 26 years serving in law enforcement.  She enjoys working in a refreshing civilian environment lacking the negative atmosphere. 

She has an AA in Business from Phoenix University. She is married with 2 children and has an AA in Business.

John Almeida

John has been with Trailco of Florida for 1.5 years as a mechanic and billing representative. He is now the corporate billing rep for all locations at Trailco Group.
