Cas Gaspar, CEO/President

Cas initiated his career as a welder in 1979 with Theurer Trailers in Newark, NJ. In the past 35 years, his life has been spent around trailer repair. He started Trailco Inc. in New Jersey in 1994 with the goal of providing a professional and honest trailer repair alternative in the northeast. After 20 years, Trailco is now in 8 states with 9 locations.

Andrew Gaspar, CFO/VP

Andrew started at Trailco Inc. in NJ in 2004 after earning his Bachelor of Science at Fairleigh Dickinson University but started learning about his future career in the trailer repair business at a very young age observing his father, Cas, who owns and operates Trailco Group. In 2006, Andrew was promoted to manager of Trailco Inc. As his experience grew so did the business which led him to his next position within the company as COO. For the last 3 years, Andrew has been the CFO at Trailco. He is married with 2 children.

Ashley Gaspar, Operations Director

Ashley is the only daughter of Cas Gaspar, owner of Trailco. She joined the family business in 2012 assisting in the accounting department and growing from there over the years. She has been traveling quite extensively these last few years and was promoted to Operations Director at the end of 2017. She continues to work alongside her father and brother as well as all her colleagues in order to soak up as much knowledge as possible to help Trailco continue to succeed.

Tim Grose, VP Sales

Tim initiated his sales carrier as a young boy mowing lawns around his neighborhood in Gainesville, Florida. He became part of the Trailco Family in 2009 as Trailco’s Director of Sales SE Division. A year later was made VP of Sales for Trailco Group. The things Tim enjoys most at Trailco is bringing in new business and helping Trailco serve existing customers better.

Danielle Burgin, VP Customer Service & Internal Affairs

Danielle has been with Trailco since 2010 and enjoys helping out with TMW/Website Support, Billing & Customer Service.

Olga Luis, Accounts Payable/Payroll

Olga joined Trailco in 2001 as the company expanded to NC assisting with the billing among many other tasks. Eventually she moved to FL running the A/P and Human Resource Departments for Trailco Group Inc.

John Almeida, Billing

John has been with Trailco of Florida for 1.5 years as a mechanic and billing representative. He is now the corporate billing rep for all locations at Trailco Group.

Jeny Almeida, Accounts Receivable

Jeny joined Trailco Group in 2013. Though new to Transportation she has shown her ability to learn fast and adapt. Young and driven, she quickly assumed her role handling a specific portion of billing. Jeny now currently handles all accounts receivables as well as assists Olga in accounts payable and HR. Her dedication and hard work has made a huge impact as she continues to be a wonderful asset and grow within the company.

Sharon Williams, Operations Assistant

Sharon and her family moved to St. Augustine in 1996. She brings many years of transportation knowledge with to Trailco being a dispatcher in the past. Sharon wishes to say “Thank you” to Trailco for giving her the opportunity to become a part of the team.

Jennifer Sorrentino, Executive Administrative Assistant

Jen started with Trailco as an assistant to Trailco of Florida up until giving birth to her last set of twins. Once she was ready to get back into the work field she knew she wanted to return to our Trailco family. Jen began working for Trailco Group at the beginning of 2017 assisting in a very specific portion of billing. Her drive and thirst for growth made her an obvious choice to take on a new role as Ashley Gaspar’s assistant. As Jen begins her new journey with us we know that with her determination she will continue to excel and help in the growth of Trailco

Diane Overcash, Parts Admin

I have been with the Trailco family since 2010. Originally, I worked as the Secretary for our Salisbury location and then moved to the Parts department in 2016.

Javier Diaz, General Manager of Parts & Inventory Control

Javier comes to us with 16 years of experience in the transportation industry. He started off as a tire technician and has acquired knowledge in many aspects of the industry while obtaining a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Cal Poly Pomona

Jack Bolyard, Consultant

Jack comes to Trailco with 46+ years of experience; 33 of which were served at Rail Roads, 10 at Terminal Service Lift Companies and 3 in the military.

He also holds a degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
