TRAILCO GROUP is now an authorized warranty repair vendor for Stoughton trailers at all TRAILCO GROUP locations. In addition, seven TRAILCO GROUP locations are now authorized to perform warranty work on Wabash trailers.
We understand that deadheading is not profitable to your company. At TRAILCO GROUP Inc. we provide transportation of your damaged unit to and from our facility at no charge.*
As soon as your damaged unit arrives at our facility, digital pictures are taken and an estimate for repairs is prepared. Both the images and the estimate are sent to you via email or fax, usually on the same day.
Our labor rates are priced very aggressively as compared to industry standards.
We take pride in what we do and our work speaks volumes about our company. Emphasis is placed on quality control making sure that the work is completed the correct way and inspected before being returned to the customer.
Each of our facilities is equipped with at least one mobile service vehicle. The vehicles are primarily used to service our customers with a large inventory of units, and these repairs are done at their facilities. However, we can also provide emergency road service calls.*
